Bom café da manhã, funcionários foram gentis e educados!

O chuveiro não esquentava (horrível agora no frio) o secador de cabelo que tinha no quarto não funcionou(me emprestaram outro), a cama/travesseiro são pouco confortáveis e também poucas cobertas.

Do atendimento do pessoal da recepção

Boa tarde Cheguei no hotel, fiz o check in, paguei e foi para o quarto 614 lá me deparei com inúmeras surpresas, cheiro de mofo, sujeira atrás do criado mudo, mobília acabada, no banheiro sujeira, vaso sanitário sujo a tampa do mesmo suja com respingos de fezes. Uma situação muito desagradável. Desci na recepção e diz que não ficaria num quarto assim , pedido o reembolso do pagamento e me mandaram falar com a OUVIDORIA. Uma vergonha. Meu Whatsapp 47 988638865. Tenho tudo registrado com fotos e vídeos com data hora e localização. Peso a gentileza de entrar em contato e fazer meu reembolso, caso não será feito até 16/06/2026 farei uma publicação mas redes sociais. Desde aguardo seu retorno e muito obrigado.
