Good location. All the staff were very kind and efficient. Very attentive to our needs

The cleanliness in some areas was not up to standard

The location is wonderful, tight o the beach. The beds were very comfortable.

Montys Bar was not open as advertised on the Great Western website and has always been open on.previous visits. The bar in the hotel is only open in the evening now whereas before it was open in the afternoon which was handy on a wet day..

Great location, you can't beat the sea view from the Terrace. Really helpful staff. comfortable and clean rooms, generous breakfast cooked to order and convenient car parking.

At this time of the year the terrace bar is only open at weekends but really its little effort to collect the drinks from the really near and well stocked inside bar.

Staff was very helpful and attentive as well as very nice and friendly. Location was nice and quiet, just on the seafront. Easy parking.

Rooms were very dated. Bed, pillows and duvet were very uncomfortable, didn't get a good night sleep. Definitely need some improvement on updating rooms.

Allocation of ground floor rooms for elderly guests, friendliness of staff, delicious evening meals in their restaurant and freshly cooked breakfast. All in all a very comfortable and hospitable hotel.
