No working Air conditioning at the hotel asked for refund but was denied left and wnt to another hotel because daughter has asthma very hot tht day 07/02/2025

The staff at this property made all the difference. We came in super late, or early depending on how you look at it. They helped us find a place to eat and were so patient and kind with us. Thank you for everything.

They have a bad cockroach problem and dirty showers and very outdated it needs to be shut down for extermination smells bad in the rooms also not very clean at all motels these days have to many homeless people staying in them that's the problem also can't even get a decent room any where because of homeless staying in them for long periods

Had no working AC and it was burning hot all week so it was blistering hot in the room. The only thing they had was a small vent that even when I put it on high did nothing.

It was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable and safe.

Air conditioning not working for a week

First room they gave us smelled horrible and the bed sheets had food crumbs and black stuff of some sort on mattress. They promptly moved to another room which was better but still had slight odor. The door had giant gap all around door that u could almost see thru meaning anyone outside could almost see into room if tried hard enough. Room poorly set up and couple outlets didn't even work or so loose the plugs fell out repeatedly. Only 2 things good was the staff seemed real nice and the shower while small was adequate. Left day early and staff said she would try to refund 2nd day but instead got a email saying charged 18$ in fees instead. Would not stay again
