The property was very dirty and old. On my receipt it says microwave was available in the room, which was not. No microwave in the rooms. There is a shared microwave at rhe front desk that you shared with everyone. Everything is old and need a renovation

Only thing that went well was getting our room replaced at 6am instead of having to sleep in my truck. After discovering various bugs under the sheets and pillows of both beds, I proceeded to speak with the property manager who then tried to belittle the situation by saying " oh its just a beetle and a fly " not aware of the videos and pictures i have of another smaller less recognizable bug. Im not a bug expert and IDC to be one. There SHOULDNT be any bugs in the beds and definitely not UNDER the sheets. The shower floors are disgusting the dirty and soap scum build up is so insane i had to place a towel on the shower floor because you could see the dirty. I rubbed a clean streak with just toilet paper.....ewwww. And lastly customer service is trash after talking to the manager not only did she belittle the situation as said but she told me she would get back to me within 15 minutes of my complaint, and never did. This happened on 07/04/2025 , its 07/09/2025 and she still has yet to get back with me. So evidently she never wanted to help accommodate and expected me to just lay in a bed full of bugs, because "oh we dont have bed bugs" .... yall tell me the photos are there
