Travelodge by Wyndham Grand Rapids North

The location of the hotel. Nice friendly workers to help if we needed anything. Cleaned the room, put new bedding on bed when I asked them. Same day service.

The pillows didnt help my neck any. Way to flatt pillows. The mattress wasnt what I expected at a hotel. By the second night I could hardly get out of bed.

The price is good for what you get, and trust me. The service ain't bad it's actually very good they have employees who are working at the highest standard of service. The problem is that maybe because of the low price you get all of this unpleasant customers which make the facilities unsafe for other people who are just trying to rest, enjoy their vacations or whatever on top of that there's a stigma around people who stays at this hotel (Uber and Lyft drivers are always surprised when they have to pick you up or drive you there, because they consider this is not a good place for a foreign tourist or for families) And that's a shame because as previously stated this is a good hotel with clean rooms and excellent service, it could be better with a little bit more security for the employees and for the people around. There's hot water, the sheets are clean and everything smells generally ok.
