The reception lady issued a partial refund because our stay was not great. She was super kind and helpful.

Bathroom light didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close, roaches in the bathroom, TV was broken, most lights were broken as well. Very dirty and smelled like dead animal and cigarettes.
