The lady came into my room with a key card completely illegal and kicked me out no refund or anything due to police activity for someone else I am very unsatisfied with my visit and the visit before there were cockroaches all over the room and a roach motel box obviously staff knew of this issue and did nothing to inform me before my stay and said they would give me a "discount" next time which never happened instead they illegally entered my room and told me I couldn't stay there anymore. I am very unsatisfied with my stay!!

"Disgusting Shower and Rude Owner"

First, the manager seems pretty discriminatory, telling us we have certain limits of days that we can stay at this hotel. Then, the floors are never mopped they are always dirty, shower curtain has mucus and other dried up stains on it. Probably never been changed even once, housekeepers knock on the door super hard EVERYDAY. Half of the rooms don't have microwaves (as advertised) heat and ac don't work in more than half the rooms. Wifi is probably the worst internet I've used in forever. Save your money, go to a different hotel.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had!!! This hotel should be removed from the registry. Deplorable hotel! Poor customer service!

The price was good

Shortly before checkout my husband noticed bugs in the bathroom which were either cockroaches or bed bugs. Plus found an empty tobacco bag behind end table that tells us the rooms don't get that clean.

first room they gave me has a bullet hole in the window. the tv didn't work and looked like it was from 1980. the second room the tv came on but there is no remote control. some guy was squealing his tires half the night in the parking lot and screaming at some other guy and lady. between all the screaming and the cops showing up I got zero sleep.

I would caution anyone who is in transition about staying at this hotel. It has a large extended stay community. There is a group of people who reside here who are actively engaged in a drug ring
