The hotel is neat and clean, and modern , the hotel staff is very nice, and very polite, and very helpful , and very friendly. Special thanks to receptionist Mr. Ian Guan (a well-mannered person) for his help and professional service. The room is big and clean. The view from the hotel room is outstanding. The hotel is located in a very good area, very close to many restaurants and shopping malls, and near it, there are Starbucks coffee and McDonald's.

Overall, what i expected. Extra service and hospitality was particularly notable.

This hotel is located in the heart of downtown. Excellent service at the front desk with very professional English speaking staff. Very efficient check-inn service. Good view from my room on the 24 floor. Hotel restaurant very reasonably priced. However, the hotel could improve in the following ways: Cable TV. No CNN and No BBC. Only English news Channels - RT (Russian Television) and CNA (Channel News Asia) - but for this price and star category this is to be expected. Bathroom: There is no shower door, so inevitably the water slightly foods the bathroom floor. Also in the bathroom there is very limited bench-space to place your own items. However, I appreciated the good service in this hotel. When I ordered ice on 3 occasions it was delivered to my room in a very timely manner. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the first time traveller to Guiyang. You can walk to the river in about 10 minutes. You can walk to People's Square in 10 minutes. (there is also underground Walmart located at People's Square - very convenient). McDonalds across the road from the hotel. A Metro station (line 1) is about a 5 minute walk.
