位置很好，价位适中，员工态度好

部屋がコンパクトにまとまっていてよかった。ジムも利用させてもらい快適だった。ティーセットの緑茶が質が良く美味しかった。

Great stay. Central location with easy access to tourist attractions and local restaurants. Room was clean and functional. Annie at the front desk was really helpful and resourceful. Will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Good: 1) service is good, staff are friendly 2) lots restaurants nearby 3) close to the tourist sights Bad: 1) The facilities seems a bit old 2) there was no hot water when I came home at mid night, they changed a room for me and upgraded 3) Taxi is better since no subway closeby.

The hotel is in general ok. It located in downtown. Hotel provides lots of misleading information. For example, hotel says they provide shuttle service to the airport. The service is once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Not convenient for most passengers. Hotel says it has laundry facility. There is no laundry facility. They have an outside laundry service. The room is very hot. The air conditioner doesn’t work properly. One electric outlet is not working. The USB outlet doesn’t work.

貴陽の中心地にあるホテル。立地が良いので便利だと思います。スタンダードなホテル。部屋はシンプルですが使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。

Typical Novotel hotel, good service, clean rooms - a bit smaller than some, and the staff were very pleasant. Enjoyable breakfast, excellent choice of Chinese and western style foods. Missed out on a bar downstairs!
