We were helped by the booking in staff in particular Cheyenne who was able to sort out a computer problem for us and that made our stay all the more memorable !! He is a real treasure...thank you
Start to finish our stay at this place was so good, staff good & professional, respondive too, our room great, clean, with a bath too, breakfast really good both mornings, and freedom to come & go without restriction of doors. Woild highly recommend 👌

You get what you pay for, cheaper than other hotels in the area, room and facilities very tired, breakfast we went at 8am they had run out of some items if at that time!
For a one night stay it was fine.

THE GOOD: Nice friendly staff. Clean & tidy. Hotel generally in good condition although slightly dated. Free parking (dont forget to get the hotel staff to put in your registration number into the Parking Eye cameras). THE BAD: Very squeeky floorboards of anyone staying on the floor above you (we had Ten Tonne Tessa above us) . The beds also made a creaking noise on the slightest movement. Mattress was average. Located in a dodgy area.
