Lovely Room comfortable and accessible. Excellent restaurant, evening meal and breakfast. Staff very attentive and friendly. Reception staff helpful

On one of the hottest days of the year, fan in room didn't work and had to ask staff 3 times for a replacement. Accessible shower and stool very useful, but needs a deep clean, as mould visible.

Good choice for dinner and really enjoyed our choices. Nice to walk by the canal in the evening and to sit with a drink.

Why do hotels provide duvets when the weather is hot and there is no air con?

Location was very good. Nice outlook on the canal. Breakfast was excellent.

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable. The floor of the shower was mouldy near to the drain. The balcony looked uncared for.

Spa and pool facilities

Having food we were put on a sofa which was very low to the table.

The spa was nice. Bed was comfortable and evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant was nice.

Nothing really. The rooms aren't as nice as on the picture but it was still ok.

Dinner was superb! The balcony and canal view was also fabulous as was the option to walk down the canal to visit a few pubs in the evening.

For the price, it would have been nice to have had biscuits and hot chocolate sachets in the room though!
