I was allowed to check in early. The location was handy for Paihia shops & cafes - easy walk. It was a quiet location, with on site parking.

No through ventilation in my room to enable cooling. No heat pump. Streaming TV kept freezing and asked for connection to be refreshed. Some fittings looked tired. Floor in the bathroom had tape across a patch.
