Really nice accommodation in a central location. Had everything we needed. Cleaning staff were great.

I do think car parking needs to be allocated to each unit and not just first in first served.

"A comfortable motel, very handy to Paihia and attractions"

The room,although old, was in excellent condition

The shower in room 7 was broken, and needed a new shower head and fittings

""HOUR" Is The Man & would benefit from a payrise😁"

"Hour" The Manager, has a beautiful personality & is very welcoming & helpful. Also the staff that I sid talk to were also just as nice.... Bed nice medium to firm just how I like it, everything was clean & presented nicely. 100/10 for service & very grateful 🙏🏽

There was no spa pool but, not an issue but, a recommendation for when/if the Motel decides to upgrade in the future as I think that would bring more bookings during the colder seasons👍🏾
