Property is clean and modern, its homely with comfortable beds, gorgeous rooms and right in the middle of Shipston.

It gets very hot even with the fans, air con would be a good shout.

"Lovely, centrally located pub with great toiletries!"

We were given the Suite room which was an unexpected surprise! It was a beautiful room to see sunrise and sunset, very spacious and the fact they had all organic, healthy toiletries made a difference! The bathroom was spacious with bath and shower options. We had free water, cookies, a selection of teas and milk. The location was very central and there is free parking for up to 8 cars (if you can get it).

As it was hot, we left the window open overnight and were unfortunately kept awake at 1am by a rowdy bunch of people who were stumbling out the pub. To be fair it was a Saturday night but we had a 6am start the next morning which wasn’t great for us. Also the WiFi didn’t work.

Well located for business in Birmingham on following day. Lovelt town, quiet, peaceful and well appointed

Some beer garden guests were loud and uncouth
