The views and location and facilities are good . Theresa was very helpful

Although property has wonderful Views and the hosts left nice touches like a bottle of wine sweets ,disappointingly the air conditioning system does not work effectively , we queried it with Theresa and unfortunately she was unable to rectify the situation . The room has full sun from 11:00 am till 18;00 and we had to close the curtains to allow for shade as the room was like an oven , with no respite from the air conditioner which only pumped out warm air . It made the time in the apartment untenable during mist if the day. The pool had to be accessed by going out the main gate onto the street and entering the driveway gate next door , not ideal . We had to carry our suitcase up three flights of stairs , as there was no lift , not ideal when the wind is blowing .
