Sea Mount

Great location, beautiful views, convenience store in the gas station next door was very handy. The host was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Parking spots right outside were very convenient, and we had no problem getting an Uber from this property either. Easy walk down into Camps Bay for dinner. Housekeeper came every day to refresh the room, and the kitchen facilities in the room, plus communal washing machine were helpful. Lovely view of the sunset!

This property is located in beautiful and quiet Camps bay neighborhood of Cape Town. We noticed this was an amazing location compared to other places we had seen while exploring. The property was extremely clean, easy to access, and had absolutely stunning views! The people who managed our booking were extremely communicative and professional! All they cared about was making sure we were satisfied with our stay and we were beyond our expectations! I would highly recommend anyone coming to Cape Town stay at this property!

There was nothing I did not like about property! My only recommendation is that it is windy in Camps Bay at times so when we hung our clothes to dry I wish we had some clothes pins to secure them to the drying rack outside, they could have had them we just couldn’t find them but truly this was not an issue at all!

Location next to the Fuel , No safe parking - either on the street or next to the gate in the public space of the fuel station. but nothing happened to car so all good.

Die Sunset Suite ist sehr groß, geräumig und hell. Die Ausstattung ist modern und wertig. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Balkon mit Lounge Möbeln und sagenhafte Ausblicke. Sehr praktisch ist die in der Schrankwand integrierte Küche mit sämtlichen Küchengeräten, wie Wasserkocher, Nesspresso-Maschine mit Milchaufschäumer, Toaster und Eierkocher. Sogar eine Kühlbox ist vorhanden. Dazu Espresso-Kapseln und Teebeutel. Das große Badezimmer mit Fenster ist modern und schön gestaltet. Sehr angenehm war die Möglichkeit, am Abreisetag den Gartenbereich und Pool noch nach dem Check-out nutzen sowie duschen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer Richard und dem Hausmanager Clinton war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Sea-Mount liegt etwas erhöht von Camps Bay, so dass man zu Fuß ca. 16 Min. bis zur Promenade in Camps Bay benötigt. Lärm durch die nahegelegene Tankstelle - wie in vorherigen Bewertungen geäußert- ist uns nicht aufgefallen.

We happened to catch some gale-force winds during our stay, and because the property is set high up, we felt every gust and sound, which made it hard to sleep. This was no fault of the owner, and aside from the weather, our stay was really lovely.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Oktober in dieser wirklich schönen Unterkunft in Camps Bay. Absprachen mit dem Eigentümer Richard im Vorfeld der Reise verliefen problemlos. Vor Ort stand uns der Hausmanager Clinton mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Danke dafür! Wein und Bier als Willkommens Drink rundeten die schöne Beziehung ab, viel lieben Dank auch dafür! Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, auch hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wer allerdings im Apartment kochen möchte, den wird die Ausstattung nicht genügen( unzureichende Kochfelder) obwohl ein Grill im Freien zur Verführung steht ( den wir aber nicht genutzt haben). Die Nähe zur benachbarten Tankstelle stört durchaus ein wenig die nächtliche oder morgendliche Ruhe, auch die Nähe zur vielbefahrene Straße verursacht zwangsläufig ein wenig Autolärm.
