Ótimas instalações, limpeza excelente,tamanho do quarto muito bom e ótimo café da manhã

O chuveiro não funcionou. Apenas a ducha pequena estava funcionando. Nos ofereceram para mudar de quarto mas como seria apenas 1 noite optamos por ficar no mesmo quarto.

This hotel was perfectly located - 10 mins walk from the train station and in a lovely, narrow cobbled street area. Irena ,the receptionist, provided us with a lovely welcome and was very informative about our hotel stay and giving recommendations on places to eat. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I travelled with my partner and we were celebrating our 60th birthdays and on our arrival we had been given a room upgrade, birthday scroll, chocolates and a glass of fizz which were lovely touches. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfy. Our European travel adapters only fitted one plug socket in the room but this seemed to be a current theme on this trip & not exclusive to this hotel. The bathroom was clean with a jacuzzi bath and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a large array of delicious foods to have including hot and cold food all presented nicely. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything about our stay was fantastic the staff , the room the food. All made a memorable stay would highly recommend. To anyone.

This was one of the hotels on our holiday that I wasn’t sure about and the options seemed pretty thin in Tirano. If we return again I will look further. It was fine but we didn’t love it. When we arrived the receptionist was amazing..so warm, friendly and helpful with our luggage. She also gently suggested (and she was right ) that we should reserve a taxi for the nest day when we go to the train station. It’s slightly more than the advertised 10 minutes and the cobbles are not for the faint hearted. I was surprised with a 10.00am checkout but we were assured to take our time …as long as we were out by 11.00am. We got a phone call at 10.20am!! This is the earliest checkout we have had in our month long holiday. It was also strange that they are a Best Western Hotel but not super connected. In fact all the internal branding is another chain. She also said my booking came from an unusual Italian Travel agent when I had booked via the Best Western Website . Onto the bathroom. The toilet was running water when we entered the room. The towels were fabulous…the fluffiest of our holiday. The shower was a shower over the bath (unlike the photos of the room I thought I had booked) and there was no handrail to assist entry and exist. It WAS a nice looking spa bath but we didn’t require that. Disappointingly the room was super hot. The air con wouldn’t cool and we cooled by opening windows (which required closing when trucks started moving around in the early hours ). Every time we left the room it reverted to heating!! The location is fabulous in the old town and it is much more attractive and has better and more authentic dining options than those right near the station. Apparently there is a spa ( we weren’t aware of it at booking ) but at €50.00 to use it we didn’t take it up. Breakfast is in a pretty but tiny room and it was nothing special. Items ran out and I didn’t see replacements but this may have been because the one very busy staff member didn’t have time to- or space!! Since checkout I completed a review sent to me by Best Western. Since then I keep getting request from the hotel itself. I’ve e mailed saying they are annoying me and I have already provided feedback. They have not resolved that. It’s a functional hotel, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious enough for us both to open suitcases ( as we weren’t going to unpack for one night ). I like its location. Some of the failings can be easily resolved and some like room temperature and interfere with Best Western require some investment.
