The front desk clerk was very good and they allowed us to sit for breakfast earlier than it actually opened as we’re had an early train out. Air conditioning was turned off at the hotel.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was well presented and a good variety. The member of staff who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful, offering us a drink of water and information about the local area, restaurants etc.

The room felt quite small and dark and one of the lights didn't work in the bathroom, so that was gloomy too. Other than that a very welcoming place to spend our one night.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a trip through Switzerland and Italy. We found ourselves in need of help due to an unforseen issue as a result of a rail strike and the staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us. The room we stayed in was very spacious and of good quality with a lovely bathroom and spa bath. Air con worked well. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was of good quality and an excellent range of food. Overall a very good experience.

Located in the old section of town with many convenient options for dining nearby. The rooms were very large and the hotel had a spa as well. The breakfast was very good and everything was quite reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful.
