Bakour Lanzarote Splash

The hotel is fabulous. The rooms are a good size. There are plenty of sun loungers. The pools are great for all ages. The food was delicious with something for everyone. 12 minute walk to the beach. The staff are very helpful and polite.

We arrived before check in time and wanted to use the pools, there are no facilities to change into swimwear, we had to use the lobby toilets of which there is only one male / one female. We had to apply our sunscreen in the lobby. The bag store is small and not fit for purpose. The shower in the room is clean and had excellent water pressure it did however leak onto the floor no matter what we did with the shower head. Ice cream was delicious however my children would have liked cones as an option.

No se si sería por la media pensión, pero la variedad en desayuno y cena nos gusto mucho (y la cena temática, china). Aunque no somos una familia, les felicito por el complejo totalmente enfocado a los peques.

Solo tenemos una pequeña mejora, las almohadas (el colchón está súper bien)

Cumplió mis expectativas ,todo muy limpio ,trato excelente de todo el personal volveré sin duda

A great spot for families, very clean, good location. Staff were great.

If I had to be picky, I would say the choice of food for kids could be better.
