For reservations of more than 5 rooms, different supplements or conditions may apply. Maintenance work of the hotel's central pool will be carried out from 10/03/25 to 14/04/25. From January 19th to January 31st, 2026, maintenance work will be carried out in the hotel’s main water park. From January 19th until the work is completed, the main water park will be unavailable, but the rest of the pools and hotel facilities will continue operating as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. me gustó todo

la limpieza, de 5 días no nos barrieron el piso nunca, solo estiraban la cama (que dejaba estirada yo ya) cambiaban toallas y hubo un día que no nos dejaron todas las toallas, solicitamos en recepción nos dijeron que nos llevaban y no nos dieron.

"He estado muy a gusto como en mi casa, no me ha faltado de nada."

El hotel muy céntrico y cerca de las paradas de guaguas. El personal de recepción me pareció muy atento y muy profesional, en especial Guadalupe de diez, así como Natalia. El personal de comedor muy agradable e igualmente muy atento. Y en cuanto a la limpieza del hotel excelente.
