La comida de muy buena calidad y variada. * COMIDA CASERA Y MUY BUENA * SUPERÓ MIS ESPECTATIVAS DESPUÉS DE LEER ALGUNOS COMENTARIOS ANTERIORES .. PARA NADA TODO BUENÍSIMO +! El servicio de restaurante una maravilla . * DESTACAR EL BUEN SERVICIO DE LOS CAMAREROS Y EL SEÑOR SALEM ! POR SU AMABILIDAD CON NOSOTROS , NOS HIZO SENTIR COMO EN CASA Y SIEMPRE PREOCUPADO DE QUE NO FALTARA DE NADA* EL OTRO SEÑOR JEFE DE RESTAURANTE TAMBIÉN UNA MARAVILLA CON NOSOTROS SIEMPRE ATENTO A TODO . GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO DEL RESTAURANTE POR RECIBIRNOS SIEMPRE CON UNA SONRISA .*( JENY Y LILIAN GRACIAS POR VUESTRA AMABILIDAD) DESTACAR A LA CHICA DEL BAR PISCINA RUBIA , UNA MARAVILLA ENCONTRAR PERSONAS ASÍ EN TUS VACACIONES SIEMPRE CON UNA SONRISA Y CON MUY BUENOS CÓCTELES! INSTALACIONES en perfecto estado y con aspecto de estar todo nuevo, eso ha sido un +. HABITACIONES SUPER LIMPIAS Y CON UN OLOR MUY AGRADABLE A LA ENTRADA . MUY BIEN EQUIPADAS Y ACTUALIZADAS . UNA MARAVILLA DE RECIBIMIENTO! Cava ,caramelos ,amenitis, bolsita con azúcar e infusiones . LA RECEPCIÓN MUY AMABLE Y EL CHICO JOVENCITO QUE ESTAVA ALLÍ POR LA MAÑANA NOS HIZO SENTIR MUY BIEN.. GRACIAS ! ANIMACIÓN PARA NINOS Y ADULTOS GENIAL En general todo perfecto , ninguna queja . Fuimos por una estancia de una noche y al final nos sentimos tan bien que prolongamos dos noches más directamente allí! GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO DE BAKOUR LANZAROTE! UNAS MINI VACACIONES DE 10 ! VOLVEREMOS SIN DUDA !

La instalaciones están muy bien. La habitación muy nueva y las camas cómodas. La animación también muy bien. La comida variada y sabrosa.

No había papeleras de reciclaje y no sé podía reciclar.

Location was a fair bit away from the main strip

Hotel was lovely and modern, small but we knew that coming. It was the perfect size for a short get away. The pool facilities for children were fantastic minus the water being really cold, but I can imagine in summer it would be fine once the pools had time to warm up. It was ten minutes from the airport which was perfect for us for a four day stay. We were happy with our room and were able to move the sofa bed into the main bedroom with plenty of space for safety purposes

The food options were very limited, again small hotel so small dining area, absolutely fine for B&B but insolent personally have it for an all inclusive. As mentioned the pools were very cold, once you were in the middle pool with little slides it didn’t feel to bad but only a limited amount of time you could really stay in. I think the bad winter the Canary Islands had have contributed to the pool not heating up

Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos. El personal de la recepción muy amable y simpático El apartamento precioso , todo súper limpio ,la cama enorme y cómoda. La comida muy buena y de calidad, el personal del buffet muy atentos . Los chicos de animación muy divertidos , el fotógrafo muy simpático ,las instalaciones y el mantenimiento un 10. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo de los toboganes , han sido unos días maravillosos .

Nada , ya estamos planeando volver .

We love the hotel, the facilities and entreteniment

I wish there were more healthy options for kid friendly food, we absolutly love the snack bar but did miss veg option on lunch and dinner times!
