OYO 187 The Maxwell Hotel

18 Minute walk to Ayala mall and all it's restaurants. Located next to a 24 hr. Jolibee, across the street from 7-11 and 24 hr. McDonalds , Restaurant in hotel(did nottry) Helpful staff. A few laundry places and and several restaurants within short walking distance. about 25 min taxi ride from airport unless it's morning or evening rush hour.

Hard to find the hotel, come to a dead-end alley. Would love to have a kettle and some coffee/tea. Room is spacious. Buffet Breakfast lack of varieties. Overall, it is 7/10 for me.

Beware; do not leave any stain, dirt or marks on towels or sheets as you will be surprised they will bring your soils out to their front desk and ask you to pay..I was so dissappointed and this is the first time am seeing this as have travelled to Singapore,Aust etc and dont see this at all.Imagine travelling with kids and they are bound to eat sweets that will off course stain the beds or towels if not monitored which can be easily washed;what a stupid hotel policy to pay for a dirt they can easily wash; please avoid this hotel, no basic item like a Jug or bar fridge and they even say "DO NOT BUY FOOD OUTSIDE AND EAT IN THE ROOM" so ridiculous and out of civilisation.My travel was ruined because of their stupid hotel policies and lack of basic necessities like jug and fridge..Nancy--PNG

The noise coming out of the bar was like a discoteque. I go to hotels to sleep and this one was not well suited for that.

The Maxwell Hotel was a bit older. There was not much water pressure in the showers. The location was good but it was a bit farther away from the center of town as other hotels. There were lots of restaurants close by. The staff and service was excellent. This is a great hotel for the price, highly recommended.

I think our stay in Maxwell was quite well. The rooms are ok. The service was good. Better if there is a personal fridge. haha!
