Only positives about this hotel are the location - close to town and on beach - and the two - I repeat two staff members who did their jobs well with a smile. (They were the lovely young woman on reception and the cleaner.) Surly is a good description for those who did bother to engage. Everything was too much trouble. Breakfast meager verging on terrible. Though just to show I can give credit when it’s due, the orange juicer was a winner. Yes, the Lagada Beach is on the beach, and there’s a pool but both areas were dirty, in particular the beach area with bottles, food leftovers, plastic littering the hotel’s beach. Ashtrays around the outdoor area were often full. Was there for 6 days and only on the last day did management make an attempt to clean beach up. Nothing could be done for the loungers. They need replacing. They are filthy. Have to mention that three times we heard heated arguments at reception about charges - our party had no problems with our bills. Final words: Go somewhere else, even if that means another island.
Fantastic location close to the Ferry Station and restaurants all walking distance 5 minutes away. Right on the beach with a fantascticl pool. The room was very nice , beds and towels were very nice. Excellent , excellent breakfast buffet. Nice staff, clean hotel good wi fi

Bad wifi. We had multiple towel issues. Getting a towel was like begging for money. We asked the staff to not clean or enter our room. They entered our room just to take the towels which were not replaced with clean ones. Then when i asked for clean ones it was an issue. Breakfast was terrible also. Our room was not ready until one hour after check-in. Our honeymoon is completely ruined.
The Lagada was just right for my 3 day stay on Milos. They had a lovely pool, sweet little beach, and are located just around the corner from the port for easy dining out, catching the bus, etc. The front desk was super helpful! Beds & shower are Greek, not American, and cannot be held against the Lagada. Would stay there again!
Hotel is in a really good spot but that is it. They have done nothing to fix it up and provide good service to their guests.
Average hotel close to an average beach lucky they have a great pool and comfortable sun beds. No jug in room.no food at pool bar. Very friendly staff.
