Great place. Clean and staff very helpful. If you want to visit Milos you definitely need to rent a car. However it’s beautiful to walk around the port

Very relaxing stay with pool and sea view. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is attractive and in a convenient location. Staff is very helpful. I paid for a Seaview room, and could barely see the Sea, due to the large palm trees and another building in front of my room. There are NO beach or pool towels. Shower water sprays all over bathroom and drains slowly, leaving you in dirty ankle- deep water. Breakfast is not great, especially with instant coffee. Bed is very comfortable. Internet was not accessible in my room.

Very relaxing stay with a great room facing the pool with sea view. Good breakfast which would benefit of having something to keep the cooked food warm throughout the serving. Friendly reception staff made us welcome and would stay again

it was everything i expected. cozy white room with blue doors. good lighting for bedside reading. my dream of perfect greece decor. really clean. a view of the water from my balcony. friendly cats. a swimming pool. fresh squeeze your own orange juice for breakfast was the best. and greek salad for breakfast was awesome. i wish they wouldn't wash the towels every day. they should have a system for opting out..so much unnecessary laundry is not so eco friendly.

The pool and beach are excellent. Water kept coming up the bathroom floor drain when we used the sink. We reported it and nobody fixed it. They wouldn’t provide pool towels because they thought I would lose them. The wifi rarely worked in the room. Customer service is lacking but no more than in the rest of Greece.

Easy walking to harbourfront, but away from the traffic noise.

Fantastic position to explore an incredible island with lovely sea views. Hotel is however a little tired and needs some tlc and updating. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The photos make it look a lot better than it is in reality. The bathroom was dark and dingy with no window. My daughter’s room which was meant to have a garden view had no window. Our room had a garden view but a pick up truck and trailer was parked right outside our window the majority of the time and the first morning we were woken at 7.30 by five men working on fixing parasols outside our room. We didn’t use the pool the whole week we were there - IT WAS GREEN! We complained to the staff and it was rectified but took at least two days and by then we just didn’t fancy it. The staff were just ok - the man I first brought our problems to couldn’t look me in the eye and shrugged his shoulders with a look of ‘what do you expect me to do about it?’. The manager refused to speak to me, all communications were through the front desk staff. Eventually, we were refunded our first night. Lovely tame geese roaming about but unfortunately this meant we had to negotiate goose droppings everywhere and even in the pool at one point!! Masses of stray cats and one apparently stray dog.

Lagada beach hotel is a very basic hotel. The grounds are lovely to hang out in. The pool area is maintained well and the pool bar is very nice. The hotel also has a very nice beach area with giant comfortable bean bags to lay on and enjoy a swim too. The rooms are very very basic with only a shower gel and hairdryer as your only amenities. The ground level rooms have great wifi connection as rooms 211+ had bad or no connection at all. The staff are friendly. The location is excellent. The breakfast area is pretty good considering the hotel is basic.
