I understand this is a 2 star hotel and I did not have high expectations, but boy this was bad. The location is good, and the hotel just around the corner where the ferry stops on Milos. Check in was easy and the room itself very minimalistic to say the least. On the photos it looked like they have actual beds. What I got was a concrete block with a very worn out spring mattress and a thin sheet on top…The bathroom was awful and On the second night I didn’t even have warm water to shower with!!! When I checked out I asked if it was possible to still use amenities until the ferry arrived which they agreed to. But they won’t provide you with a towel for the pool.. I offered to rent, but also this is not an option. I stayed at the pool anyway and because this is an open area, many people from surrounding hotels actually use the pool as well. At some stage 10 kids showed up… the free breakfast is awful as well. Save yourself money by booking early and that in a different hotel!

Ho pagato soggiorno con colazione a buffet compreso, il giorno dopo mi dicono che la cucina é chiusa, e che non avrei pagato la colazione e mi propongono una stanza un po’ più classificata al posto della colazione… ovviamente sempre con problemi, luce del bagno inesistente e nessun servizio in camera, nessuna pulizie, non rifanno il letto e non ricambiano le lenzuole… mai più questo Hotel, se possiamo chiamarlo così… per poi pagare 70€ a notte in coppia! Insomma esiste mooto meglio per ancora più economico!

Pas d'annonce avant la réservation sur le fait que la salle de sport (gym, muscu) allait être fermée. En accord avec le protocole sanitaire informé à mon arrivée, j'ai demandé à ce qu'ils fassent la chambre tous les deux jours; cela n'a été fait qu'une seule fois au lieu de deux fois, malgré leur confirmation (ils m'ont donc menti). Égouts en TRÈS MAUVAIS ÉTAT, ce qui donnait une odeur ÉPOUVANTABLE. Je n'ai pas demandé un changement de chambre vu la durée courte du séjour: cela aurait entraîné une déconvenance trop importante, mais l'odeur était à peine supportable, même avec des produits déodorants forts.

Points positifs, l’hotel est très bien situé, proche de la plage et du port, le personnel est toujours prêt à rendre service, la piscine est très jolie, pour ne pas dire magnifique. Points négatifs, la chambre, le mobilier et la salle de bain n’était pas très propre, la chambre était aménagée de façon très minimaliste, et le petit déjeuner était très peu consistant, choix très limité. Dans l’ensemble cet hôtel reste correct, toutefois le prix par nuit reste vraiment très élevé par rapport à la prestation, l’emplacement ne justifie pas tout

This hotel except its location has nothing more to offer. unpleasant staff, no visit tips or recommendations. breakfast awful! no choice, no water, no vegetarian options and additionally everything packed in tons of plastic. we arrived at the hotel, we didn't even have toilet paper not to mention the rooms weren't cleaned for days. I do not recommend

Wenn das Hotel vollumfänglich benutzt werden kann, ist es super. Leider waren wir in der Covid Zeit dort und konnten nicht den Pool benutzen, Fitnesscenter nicht brauchen und hatten keinen Morgenbuffet. Ansonsten ist die Lage super, super für Hafenankunft. Hotel liegt 2min entfernt. Direkt im Zentrum.

Great pool area and amazing location in front of the beach. The hotel location and grounds are underrated. Rooms are fine. Nothing fancy. Sea view for all rooms I believe. No tennis racquets provided though so unless you can bring your own, the tennis court is useless. Overall the location and amenities and price make this a great hotel to stay at.
