Radisson Blu Resort, Goa

Good variety in breakfast ; staffs were very good and cordial ; hotel lobby was excellent ; good location

Rooms were very old and not cleaned. Properly . The colour from the walls were getting out . The AC wasn’t working well and had a tough time staying there at night . Inspite of complaining - the technician came but was unable to do anything . Even I asked to change the room but it was unheard . Didn’t like the room at all . Even the service was too slow . Not a 5 star category service as compared to other hotels were we stay usually . Overall it didn’t meet our expectations . M dissatisfied .

This was an excellent place with great facilities all around. We enjoyed our meals at the resort as well as they have friendly staff and the chefs are able to prepare meals to high standards. The swimming pools, gym and other facilities were well kept.

The drive from the airport is the resort is almost 2 hours so quiet a long way away. Something to bear in mind when catching early morning flights. They didn't have a private beach but a public beach. The week we stayed, there was multiple power outages which didn't last very long but not convenient if you are in the middle of something.

best part of the property i felt was the proximity to the beach… walking by the beach in the morning was most memorable.

The location was good, lot's of restaurants and stores outside the property and a decent beach shack with good service just outside. The room was a good sized one with comfortable air-conditioning and a nice bed.

The service was a bit underwhelming. Restaurant staff was tardy, had to wait a long time just for glasses and cutlery to be placed! Food was great but took too long to get to the table. HK staff would never keep hand towels in the room, we had to remind them everyday of our stay. The intercom in the room didn't work even after replacing it. And most importantly, you had to book your transportation through the resort only, they don't allow private tour/taxi operators to enter the property. Something to do with the Goa Taxi Union, they said but this was the first time in 20+ years that we've come across this!

The arrival staff were incredibly attentive - Swizzle in particular was absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfy & the amenities were good. The shortcut down to the beach was incredibly convenient & the pool was never too busy in terms of sun bed availability.

Sometimes the service in the restaurant was a little slow.

Location is too good. 10 mins access to the beach. Rooms are awesome and service is world class. Special thanks to staff Matalie.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices; however, there were no labels indicating vegan options—only vegetarian ones. A staff member named Sarvesh was especially helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my vegan dietary requirements, which I greatly appreciated.
