Radisson Blu Resort, Goa

Stayed here for 12 days very recently for a birthday and anniversary celebration. Staff at this hotel went over and above the service levels expected. Chef Denzil made me a beautiful Birthday cake and was always asking if there was anything we would like for breakfast, for instance eggs benedict, which we had on a couple of occasions and were excellent made by Chef Ankit. Another day we mentioned to Chef Pramod that we liked greek yoghurt for breakfast with honey and the next day Pramod had sourced what we had talked about and it was ready and waiting for us. Superb service and all the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks to all the chefs who do a great job. The Service staff to mention, Subhash, Rabi and Anjali were always extremely attentive and asking what we need, bringing food, water and coffees over to the table for us etc. Fantastically friendly, polite and helpful. On the day we departed we couldn't get a late checkout on our room as the hotel was full but we were glad as it turned out, because we got the chance to have lunch with all the marvelous dining room staff before we left. We even had our photos taken with them which was really nice and will always be a lovely reminder of our fabulous stay at the Radisson Blu. Our room was very clean / well serviced and Sourav was always checking in with us to see if everything was ok or we needed anything else. Santu was our room cleaner who did a superb job everyday. Someone left us two fabulous designs on the bed with plants petals and towels for my birthday and anniversary we think it was the other room cleaner but unfortunately we didn't write down his name but thank you nevertheless. We were really touched. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and its lovely staff. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Debbie & Peter

We enjoyed our stay and food is good with lot of variety thanks Chef-Devander. Beach needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance lot of black greese. On the beach shaks are bad don't go! Thank you Radisson for the wonderful hospitality. .

We stayed at Radisson Blu Cavelossim from May 24-27 for a birthday celebration. Overall the property is beautiful, beach access is excellent and the pool area is well maintained. The location is perfect for South Goa. However we had an unpleasant experience at breakfast one morning. While we were eating, black dust particles from the AC vents fell all over our food and table. We have a video of this. The staff did handle it well — shifted us to another table and brought food for us — but this should not have happened in the first place at a property of this standard. Checkout was another pain point. Despite having a genuine complaint, getting a late checkout was unnecessarily difficult. Had to push multiple times just to get 1:30 PM which is not what you expect from a Radisson property. On the positive side the beach is stunning, rooms are comfortable and most staff were warm and helpful throughout the stay. Would suggest the management to look into AC maintenance and be more flexible with guests who’ve had an uncomfortable experience during their stay.

Really loved the hygiene and cleanliness maintained by Mr. Sourav, housekeeping supervisor. All up to the mark. Perfect .
