Beautiful pool, apartment and facilities were amazing! Bus literally out of the from that takes you everywhere in Noosa and lovely restaurants and shops 2 minute walk.

Location was fantastic. Right on the river, with greats sunsets, watching the pelicans, stingrays and little boats. Easy to get the shuttle boat into town nd take it further up the river. Noosa was a lovely town , more ' up market' than places like Byron Bay .

Nothing, just make sure you get a river view room and I'd have an upstairs room too.

Located about 20min walk from Noosa Beach but the property is right on the Noosa River with a short sandy beach if you want a swim. Also about 25min walk to the restaurant strip on Gympie Terrace. Local bus stop just a few minutes away if you don't feel like walking. Good facilities with pool, sauna, BBQs, picnic area and tennis. We were in room 46 which has been recently renovated and very comfortable for two. Plenty of undercover parking.

Our room was advertised as a "garden view" but it actually looked out onto the street in front of the property. Fortunately it is a very quiet cul-de-sac but garbage trucks seem to come by most mornings. No pool / beach towels provided with the room ... these had to be hired. Kitchen had zero pantry essentials eg no salt / pepper. No restocking of bathroom supplies or towels for a 5 night stay.

Location was excellent. Ground floor apartment with direct access to the river was perfect.

A better bed and pillow for a good nights sleep.

Property is right on the Noosa river and great for watching boats go past. Also nice and close to cafes. Swimming pool was good and great bbq facilities.

We stayed in Unit 25 which was a huge disappointment. It’s a 3 bedroom place and caters for 6 adults however the balcony is very small with only enough space for 2 people to sit. This unit is the only one out of the whole resort which doesn’t have a patio awning or umbrella so the afternoon sun streams right into the lounge which only has sheer curtains and makes it very hot in the main living area. The unit needs an update as all furnishings are old and window screens had salt and rust build up. There were mould patches on the ceiling that were roughly and inadequately painted over. There is only a very small beach in front of one half of the resort, the rest has been washed away so it looks nothing like the resort photos show.
