"Small gestures will make a different experience"

This property doesn’t provide any room cleaning service (not even once during our stay). One must pay extra when requested for an additional bath towel. Tissues weren't supplied to start with. When asked, the reply was they had run out. Staying 4 nights with only 1 small tube of body wash and shampoo provided!

"Would come back, but be aware of the stairs."

Spacious, clean, had everything you could need including a washing machine. Reception staff was really lovely and super helpful.

No ramps or lifts anywhere - carrying heavy luggage (international traveller) up and down lots of stairs wasn’t great.

The apartment was ideal and perfect for our needs. Nice and quiet despite other reviews saying about bins collected in the morning. This was minimal noise for a few seconds. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was fabulous. Only thing I would mention is a sign at the sinks/ shower to say "water is very hot". Only a minor thing thou.

"Fabulous visit to Noosa Heads"

Room was on a sub floor - albeit close to the underground car park - but that meant it was cool due to being out of direct sunlight. Pool was a 20yard walk, beach was a 50 yard walk, reception was 50 yard walk, car park easily accessible. Noosa Heads was easily accessible by bus - stop from Quamby Place (5 mins to Hasting's Street. Apartment was huge for a one bedroom property and had every appliance you could want - full kitchen, washing machine/tumble dryer, aircon, two TV's, shower room

"Perfect. Simply perfect."

The staff were simply lovely. And they went out of their way to make our 25th anniversary extra special. Venue close enough to everything, but far enough to miss the chaos.

The couches could be updated as they were not able to sit 2 people, or even one comfortably.
