Noosa Harbour Resort

The property was ideally located and was clean and not overcrowded

The mattress was soft and lumpy - basically unusable. We spoke with the staff who informed us that the previous occupants had also complained, yet did nothing about it. The next day we spoke with another member of staff about put-up beds, but were told the company they hire them from would be closed. 4 nights in the resort me sleeping on the floor and my wife utilising the sofa, with no action taken to assist/rectify the problem.

Not clean enough we were slippers inside the house was a sticky floor in the bathroom and in the kitchen they could’ve done a cleaning but overall was okay .

Our apartment was so lovely. Nice and modern, x2 TV’s and an amazing view. Loved the ambient lighting in the lounge room and bathroom. Staff were so attentive and kind. The new renovations make the whole place feel so luxurious and within walking distance to a few cafe’s and restaurants.

Pool- quiet and peaceful River/Beach - nice for an afternoon relax Room- could have had a few tweaks, restock of incidental (toilet paper etc), box of tissues would be nice, pool towels included(not an extra charge for everything) Location - nice walk to either Hastings St, or Gympie Tce. Reception - the lady at reception was exceptional- great person to have as the face of the resort(didnt catch her name)

The location is ideal, especially with little kids as they have a kid pool that is shallow and protected from the sun, and the beach is literally downstairs. If you like saunas and spas, then you're in luck. A 20 min walk to Hastings Street and about the same distance the other way to Noosa River, you cannot beat the location of this place. The rooms are fairly clean and some bits are newly renovated. Washing machine works well and is useful for quick washes after the beach.

We stayed for 7 nights, so just shy of the 8 nights that would get a complimentary cleaning. They provide a starter pack of laundry powder, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder, one additional bin liner and one chux cloth for the duration of your stay. When I asked reception, the lady was kind enough to give me more bin liners as we have a baby (nappies), but she said we would have to buy everything else. The supermarket does not sell a week's worth of dishwashing pods/powder or laundry detergent so it was highly inconvenient. The convenience store nearby sells laundry pods (2 for 5 bucks) but not dishwashing pods. We were only provided a dust mop and a dust pan to clean and sweep the floors, and with one chux cloth, you cannot clean anything for 7 days particularly when cleaning detergents are not provided. Some bits were renovated but they left some old appliances in, which is fine, except the dryer was highly inefficient. Nothing was in the freezer including any space for ice making. You have to rent beach towels and we requested a cot but were told that it had to be hired externally so there is a fee. No tissues provided.
