"Супер отдых в качественном отеле"

очень хороший отель, всё в шаговой доступности, красивый вид, есть большая территория для прогулок. Чисто в номерах, персонал супер, готовят тоже очень хорошо! отдых удался и спасибо им большое !

Номерному фонду необходим ремонт ...бассейн открытый от корпуса далеко! Идти по улице после сауны с детьми невозможно, соответственно минус по заселению. Ресторан прекрасный по качеству блюд

"Разочарование и отстой!"

Проживали вдвоём в феврале в отеле! Из минусов:после долгой дороги можно умереть пока тебя зарегистрируют и дадут ключи от номера, жесть, хамство в плане оплаты кроме огромной стоимости за номер ещё и парковки на территории, на территории открытого бассейна нет ни сауны ни хаммама, вода в нем холоднее заявленной температуры,сауна вообще в другом корпусе, если захотите в хаммам,то он есть в спа центре,но это уже за отдельную плату, трансфер ходит только на курорт Газпром, на Розу или Горки сами, при выезде на рецепшн девушка заявила что я не оплатил курортный сбор, хотя я его оплачивал за наличные но к сожалению чек не сохранил, пришлось заплатить эти несчастные деньги чтобы поскорей съехать и не возвращаться в этот отель, цена качество вообще не соответствуют, 5 звезд там и близко нет, короче разочарование!

Прекрасный Отель, все понравилось. Очень чисто, спокойно, полный сервис, замечательный завтрак. Что бы хотели по рекомендовать: поменять кофе машину(кофе средненький по отношению к завтраку), не хватает Хамам в бассейне(только финские сауны).
