Lovely clean room and adjoining sitting areas, best location for the town centre and the attractions.

Could have benefitted from a small desk fridge to keep drinks cool, a minor negative.

Lovely and clean. Beautiful property. Great location. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful owners. Ease of entry to the main entrance. Nice little garden and seating area at the front of the property.

Our room felt small with low ceilings on one side...however, that could have been reflected in the price. My husband banged his head on the lintel going up the 3 additional stairs to the room a couple of times. He's only 6ft but perhaps a little message could be placed with the booking details so that people are forewarned and a different room purchased as necessary. A wider range of tea in the bedroom would have been nice plus a couple of biscuits for when you first arrive. We're used to having buffet style breakfasts so it felt a little awkward having to keep asking for more juiced orange or coffee or toast - that said, the Welsh breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Nice room and facilities. Good quality furnishings.

Only real problem, but it was real, was corner bedroom right on fairly busy road. Window was lodged open as was extremely hot but this made the room very noisy. A shame

Location was really nice, central in Ruthin and a very nice part of Wales
