Lovely place to stay, extremely convenient.

Room was very nice, adequate for what we needed. Bed very comfortable, the parking permit was a nice bonus that we could use in any Denbighshire car park.

The wet room bathroom. It was very small and made it difficult using the toilet due to the floor being constantly wet after a shower and the tap was loose!

Convenient and easy access. Car park close and I was given a pass to use it as part of the booking. Self check in worked well so if arriving late it’s not a problem.

Comfortable affordable accommodation in an excellent location in Ruthin.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown. While the room itself was fine and the property looked decent, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of helpful information about the area. One of the reasons I chose this place was to explore the local culture, restaurants, and attractions — but the front desk staff provided little to no guidance. There were no brochures, maps, or even a simple list of nearby places to check out in the room. A hotel should be more than a place to sleep — it should be a gateway to the destination. Sadly, this one fell short in that regard. If you’re visiting and hoping for help discovering local gems or even basic directions, I’d suggest staying somewhere else.
