Hotel went to great lengths to make room welcoming. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice furnishings. Fresh coffee in room lovely touch.

Found main entrance to accommodation wedged open when returned yesterday evening. Not secure as rooms only have a basic internal lock. Sane status when I left this morning. Loud internal plumbing woke me at 1am and was still going off every 2 minutes or so when I left just before 6. Getting a good nights sleep is critical for business traveller - would not stay again for that reason. It spoiled what were otherwise big efforts to make the accommodation nice.

We got in just on darkness after a 7pm departure from Scrabster. The room was clean and compact but had everything we needed. The mattress on the bed was a little springy but all in all, comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Location good and staff pleasant Hot water

Very noisy room. Thought people from upstairs were in the room or going to come through the ceiling. Couple stains on bedding and silicone in shower a bit dirty. Extractor fan didn't work.

Breakfast didn’t have because it was to expensive Room was satisfactory Didn’t have dinner there

The housekeeping was unacceptable as our room was only cleaned once in the five nights we were there.one excuse was they couldn’t find the room key, another was that it was to late in the day for the staff to do it.

Lovely hotel, immaculate, modern and comfortable.
