"Location superb, terrific restaurant , like staying in someone’s home"

Excellent location - very short walk into Bath town. Staff were brilliant, personalised service. Felt like we were in someone’s house and not a hotel

No air conditioning, we were in a below ground room with very little air flow. Our room was under the restaurant so quite noisy from the walking above. We also had the impression that parking was included, only to be surprised with the bill on checkout

The property was lovely, great location and very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was very poor, basic and not how we expected it to be considering the price paid for the accommodation. The service was very slow.

Everything was totally amazing. We met our daughter, son in law, baby grandson, and dog there for an overnight. Their second stay there and now we know why. The Roseatte is absolutely wonderful. We wish we could have stayed for more than one night. We would like to make it an annual Spring trip. Everything couldn't have been more perfect, location, personnel, food, room, ambiance, and parking.

Can't think of a thing.
