The fact the venue did not have the manners to reply to my request for a ground floor, drinks were rather expensive and lager needed the pipes cleaning tasted like sewer waste.

The staff were friendly, even with the improvements they were doing they still took care of us.

The place could do with better attention to the cleaning of the reception/stairs/ corridors. The rooms were comfortable but lacked the cleanliness in areas (lots of dust on top of wardrobe, bed surround and mirror)..
