Unable to enter the hotel, key card provided waa not working, nobody on front desk, nobody answering phone, left outside for 30 mins knocking on the windows and doors until someone was able to let us in. Fire alarm sounded early in the morning and there was clear noise from other guests in room next door due to sharing a door between rooms. Overall hotel was mucky and dingy.
