Could not fault.

Location,nature,piece and quiet and still close to everything. Absolutely adore this place,wasn’t first time staying there and definitely not a last. Every time we go to Harvey bay we will be staying there . Loved the wild life birds ducks and turtles. Great place to get away from a busy lifestyle. Thank you.

The beds were comfortable. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were so easy with very friendly staff. The kids loved sitting on the verandah and feeding the turtles and the ducks. The grounds looked well maintained and its in a great location.

The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay, but we understand that sometimes that happens. There were a few spots, particularly in the bathroom where the floor felt a bit soft, like the floor was rotting.

Could have been more helpful with info on wifi and access to gates threw to hotel behind the retreat also got caught with a day of no power due to upgrades , could have been difficult for some people

Didn't know about breakfast

Several power points were dangerous. The one in bathroom didn't work at all. Shower continued to leak . Remote controls need new batteries.
