It was exactly what was advertised and we appreciated that. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. For us with three little children it was perfect. I would recommend it to our friends and we would stay here again

The hot water took a while but that’s not a deal breaker.

The peace and quiet. Tranquility.

The rowdy bird life at 4.30am. We had left windows open unaware of the early morning commotion. Windows were closed for second morning - much better!

"Good quiet location and would be happy to stay there again."

It was a very scenic and quiet location but still within easy reach of the beach and shopping facilities. The cabins were well made, each with direct lakeside frontage.

The cabin, while well made and comfortable, is probably due for a refurbishment. There was some mould around the outside base of the shower which requires cleaning. Also some of the timber on the deck was rotting. The wifi password as provided in the room compendium was incorrect for the wifi access. This needs updating.

Serenity was amazing - pool was clean and a good size - loved the location - beautiful gardens lakes wildlife - nice size cabins

Cabin needed a real clean several dead cockroaches - furniture & bed linen dated & tired
