"Superb"

We had personal service from Beverly who made us very welcome. The hotel was situated perfectly in the centre of Melbourne. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a fab breakfast - all we were looking for with a ons night stay

"Outstanding all round"

Everything was excellent from the very friendly welcome, nice atmosphere,, clean and well supplied room, very comfortable bed and the breakfast. I travelled for business, but would certainly go back for leisure.

Nothing....You would have to try very hard to find fault as it seems everything has been thought of..

Very friendly and accommodating host. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Good hot drink selection with biscuits. Delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. Nearby shops and restaurants.

The on-site parking is quite limited, but free overnight street parking available.

Lovely place

Steep stairs although wasn’t a problem for me. Getting in and out of car park a tad nerve wracking but was helped😊
