"A delightful homely B and B with excellent host"

Stayed at the Coach House to attend a family wedding at a venue which was in close proximity. The rooms were large, very comfy superking beds and great quality bed linen and towels in bathroom. Lots of goodies and provisions in room with tea and coffee provided. The guest lounge area was very comfortable and we could meet here before leaving for the evening. The breakfast was excellent, we had full cooked but there were lots of yoghurt, juice, cereals on offer. Beverly was an excellent host and gave us lots of tips of things to do and see. A real home away from home.

"Comfortable solo short stay for leisure."

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Good beds. Owner is very accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast and homemade jams.

The room decor was a little dated.

"Great place to stay, amazing location in heart of Melbourne, great host and loved the breakfast"

The little extra touches in the room, the Cookies were an amazing touch. Great Breakfast and everything we needed.

TV in a difficult place to view, would have been good to be able to pull and angle towards the bed.

"A pleasant stay in the Derbyshire countryside"

The host was PHENOMENAL. Such a beautiful soul who clearly cares a lot about the people she crosses paths with. The room was a good size and clean. There were no issues with noise either from within or right outside the property for the two nights I stayed. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The bed was comfortable enough and I was pleased to see all the eco-friendly toiletries. The bus to Derby station is on the doorstep with other nearby towns easily accessible from the Market stop a short walk away.
