"Very helpful & welcoming owner, spacious room & great location but breakfast a little disappointing"

Breakfast was adequate but a little underwelming. Small cartons of juice & limited fruit options but nice yogurts. Cooked breakfast ok but not much flavour.

"Welcome and relaxing break"

Excellent room and breakfast. Beverley was very friendly and helpful. Melbourne itself, and in particular the manor and 'The Pool' (a large lake within walking distance of the Coach House) very good.

Parking is free but slightly awkward. Stairs to 3 of 4 rooms fairly steep.

The care and attention to detail - was homely, helpful, clean, comfortable and ideal location. Beyond expectations. And even had a great tower fan for when was hot. So grateful for our stay.

Great, old fashioned hospitality. Friendly host, large, clean, comfortable room. Well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, tasty treats and luxury grooming products. Excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault it.

The most wonderful, welcoming host! Homely BnB in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants. Melbourne is beautiful and friendly town. Close to Donington Circuit too. If you want modern newly renovated accommodation than this isn’t what you get. What you do get is a homely and charming stay in a carefully maintained period home.

Car parking is a bit tight but it was no issue.
