Delicious breakfast was delivered on time every morning. Was able to keep in touch as we were slightly delayed on our arrival and were able to keep the owners notified of our new ETA. Warm welcome when we arrived.

The property was beautiful and cozy! It was in a great location, very close to two bus stops. The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and helpful. It was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

How cental it was and in walking distance to windermere and bowness windermere the room was nice and the breakfast was excellent the owner were friendly
