Food was good, the location good too, not far from the city center. The bed was comfortable and the room was just the excellent, with the right temperature. The staff was very polite and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the front desk staff and the restaurant staff. All were good to understand English and the customer needs.

Check-in was swift and the check-out was very quick as it should be. The staff were very helpful and a bell boy took us to our room and explained the amenities of the room. The lobby was very spacious and the room was very comfortable and clean. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and the value was great.

Quite large and clean rooms, containing everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. We also found some good cafes and restaurants in the area. The staff was good and accommodating.

Complimentary breakfast was a bonus and we enjoyed the selection of food they served. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful when getting a taxi for our early morning flight. The hotel is steps away from a metro station, very convenient option and takes you to any part of the city.

Excellent central location, within walking distance of the train station and all tourist attractions are just a few minutes drive away. The staff were simply excellent, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and of a reasonable size for a city hotel.

the interior was not good, had the look of old buildings. the bathroom was not good. the room service was not up to the standard. The wifi defaults to only 1 device and limited to 24 hrs., had to be re-enabled again.

In terms of rooms, location and service this hotel was perfect. Our room was on the top floor and was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect as there are many supermarket and restaurant right in the hotel. Hotel staff was very nice. On our request, they arranged a taxi for the airport dropping for us and they were also very helpful in suggesting places to go / visit.

Hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very pleasant . The only complaint I had was that the WiFi did not work in the room, but worked very well as soon as I walked into the reception area. Hotel located in the center of the city and very accessible to all shopping places and tourist attractions.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and totally loved it. It was a small and inexpensive but clean and spacious hotel with a fantastic and convenient location. Very close to the train station and the city center. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the free internet access throughout the stay was very nice.

Perfect place to stay for us as it is very near to the train station and center of the city. The front desk staff of this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty nice and comfortable for both of us. Hotel has its own restaurant and served a wonderful breakfast and dinner is one of the best I have ever eaten.
