Trimrooms Palm D'or

My partner and I had a very quick vacation in the city of Delhi and choose this hotel for our stay. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were so impressed with the service and the attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's located near to the metro stations so getting into town was no hassle at all.

Staff are warm and friendly, the food and drinks are exceptional and the location is perfect.

The rooms are a little tired inside but the hotel is quiet, the breakfast is great and the staff helpful. Would recommend as a better than a budget.

I booked the most expensive executive suite. The experience was disappointing as the room was very basic and small in size. Try other hotels as this one is not worth.

Do not believe the pics you see in the site the worst hotel i saw i reserved for one week and all paid for but i checked out the next day i barely stayed one night the hole hotel smells like urine not clean at all not mentained and the most important is not safe 2 guys opened the door and intered our room they took the key that opens all the room from the reception by telling them that they fogot there key in the room and they opened our room and there was the caos...do not go there

We booked 3 rooms. One had damp linen, one room we didn't receive a key for, two did not have hot water in the shower (which was not ideal after a 3am check in). It was also very noisy within the hotel which made it hard to get any sleep.

Hotel was ok but there were many things that we were disappointed with. First of all the beds were really short, if you are taller than 5'8 you won't fit. Many cockroaches in the rooms. Staff didn't have enough keys for all of us. Staff were also very rude in cooperation. Breakfast was good with lots of food items.

Hotel itself is located in the middle of the city center, about 10 minutes by taxi from most of the city's attractions. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel is good for the city center and easy enough for a stroll to the many local sites and shops. There is a good variety of varied places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Overall, very good value for money.

There was no light in the room. It was dingy, dark and moist. Hotel is very different from what it looks like in the pictures. Only thing good about the hotel was the breakfast in the morning. It was extremely noisy hotel, with the walls were so thin that TV sound was coming whole night from the adjacent room. Overall a terrible experience.
