Experience in this hotel was very positive. Staff were very good, sympathetic and kind. The room was big and comfortable. Food was great. Location was also very good.

Both the room and the bathroom were clean and in good condition. Great staff at the reception desk. Location spot on, close to many good points of interest and the metro. The only negative was the very slow room service in the morning, we ordered breakfast at 8 am and they delivered at 9 am, which was little disappointing.

The hotel 's photo looks pretty good, but the actual exterior and interior conditions are far from what it was seen on internet. I am not sure exactly the condition of other places in Delhi but this hotel is located on the street which is extremely dirty and dusty , outside of the main road the street are covered with rubbish and many homeless people sleeping on the road side. The sight, smell and chaos surroundings are quite overwhelming. The room 's liner is not clean, and lighting was dim in the room and but luckily AC was working. The staff are considered friendly and willing to provide assistance when need arise. Breakfast buffet provided was good. The rooftop restaurant was adequately decorated and was indeed a sanctuary from the noisy non-stop honking noise from the street.

No matter for how many days you book this hotel for your stay, the hotel staff makes you feel great all of the time and they fulfill all your requests for sure as we felt the same on our stay. We had really an amazing time in this hotel and from our side full points for their service, for facilities, for the food, for location and for the overall property.

Tasteful -- breakfast and dinner. The restaurant was really good and has a large sitting area .. Staff were excellent, they arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport which was hassle free and affordable. Definitely recommend !!

I stayed here for 2 nights and I was provided with a good service. Very helpful staff, rooms are exactly like in thr pictures, and the hotel is in a good location (close to grocery stores etc.)

The hotel is clean and the people was very kind. The bed was comfortable !

Really nice, attentive and helpful staff - food is good - rooms are clean & spacious - great location - very close to the the city center, but a little away from the airport.
