Excellent service from the friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Rooms were nice, really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was good, not too far from the old town and located right in the middle of the city centre.

Filthy room. Disgusting food. Passive aggressive staff with attitude problems. Never stay here. Pavement is cleaner. Should really be insisting on a refund. They should pay you to stay here

The food in the restaurant was excellent and inexpensive. Breakfast was basic but good and included in our room rate. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was a little small, but the bed was massive and the decor was great. We were also very pleased with its central location. It was really close to the main railway station and other sites of the city.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station. The room was very small and the bed had nuts left in it from someone's snack. Bring your sleep sacs.

The front desk are very helpful and they respond immediately to customers. We never get to try the breakfast but the room service was excellent.

Location is very good, easy access from the airport and near the new delhi train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice.

I found the hotel to be an excellent all around, the service was top class, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and inviting. The food was delicious and the location was just unbeatable, close to the railway station and main market.
