A good budget hotel I have stayed in a long time, the service, food, response from staff all were awesome, most important the key factor for this hotel is the location which gives you great access to all the important location. Would love to come back.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Very close to the main train station. We took a tuk tuk from the train station as recommended by the reception. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and the restaurant do not meet our expectations but the management was open to take our feedback for improvement.

Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and kind. Room was specious, hotel ambience was good but breakfast was not good and there were hardly to eat. Hotel is quite expensive.

very nice clean modern hotel, friendly professional reception staff. room were modern & spotlessly clean. hotel close to city centre and all tourist attractions. had meal in restaurant very good standard of food, breakfast also fantastic.

This hotel had very nice and spacious rooms with good sized comfy beds and very clean and well appointed bathrooms. Effective and quiet air-con and no noise from outside traffic. Breakfast was good with many choices, very tasty :) and the location was very central, close to all the main sites of the city and train station.

Close to many restaurants, shops, markets and bars. The room was perfect with modern furniture and in many aspects better than the 3 and 5-star hotels where we had stayed the previous days in Delhi. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is an excellent hotel of the Delhi city. If you are planning to go to the same city (Delhi), this is the hotel you like to stay in. All the staff of this hotel were very friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was great and very fresh. Room and beds were very comfortable and spacious. The furniture is maybe a bit old, but not too bad. The sound proof in the rooms is great and lobby smelled very nice. Location is central and near MRT stop (15-minute walk only).

The customer service and rooms are EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Keep it up :)
