The owners and their staff! They could not have been more welcoming and interested in making our stay as comfortable and fun as possible. The place has a lovely ‘faded grandeur’ about it, which we found charming. Excellent bar which was welcoming for dogs too. Live entertainment was great!

Very oldie worldie.

The room was not ready and had not been prepared. They had to get towels and cups.There was glass on the floor and the kettle was dirty. The mirrors needed cleaning. Breakfast was very disorganised and was running out of items ( glasses, fruit juice, bread) The room was not serviced at all during stay.
