Beautifully presented guest house with parking. Exceptionally clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed. We visited as part of my partner's birthday and she loved it. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Thanks.

Great hosts, lovely house, and very nice fresh breakfast. Fraser was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and sights. His advice helped us use our time in Inverness to prioritise what we wanted to do/see, and his suggestions were excellent. Milly and Marley (the golden retrievers) were a delightful icing on the cake. :)

The mattress in our room was a little firm for me, but that's a very personal thing and probably wouldn't be an issue for others.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tolles Frühstück und der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hat tolle Tips gegeben, die den Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gemacht haben. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen. Das war eine der besten Aufenthalte die ich bisher hatte!

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage - das Zentrum von Inverness ist zu Fuss erreichbar, das sehr leckere Frühstück sowie die täglichen Tipps zu den geplanten Ausflügen vom Gastgeber.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay! Our stay at this guest house was absolutely wonderful! The host, Mr. Fraser, was exceptionally kind and took great care of us throughout our visit. The house and room were beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious — easily one of the best we’ve had during our travels. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions. Free parking was an added bonus that made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend this place — we would love to come back!
